Grandson starts kindergarten tomorrow. I'm sleeping at the house in town tonight, so I won't get to see him off on his first day, but his mom is taking the morning off so that she can be there. This will be his very first school experience. He has always stayed home with dad. No day care, preschool, or mother's day out.
We have a phone line at the farm house, but we haven't moved the computers yet, because we just don't have everything right for them yet. I'll write here when I can, but it won't be daily.
We worked on the fence this morning. The neighboring cows come over every day to eat our grass, drink from our ponds, and scratch their itchy hides on the new house. They knocked part of the skirting off, and pushed over the phone box. This means war! I bought my son-in-law a pellet gun so he can pop them and make it uncomfortable to be on our side of the fence.
