Diagnosis, and thank-you

Before I get technical, I want to say thank-you to everyone who has offered prayers and help. Know that I'm saving all those notes in a folder to re-read when I'm feeling down.

My diagnosis reads:
Lesion designated right axillary tail at 10 o'clock:
-Breast tissue with poorly-differentiated carcinoma, favoring invasive ductal carcinoma, nuclear grade 3.

COMMENT: This tissue block will be submitted for a breast prognostic panel with report to appear under separate cover.
This is a poorly-differentiated malignant neoplasm with extensive necrosis. An in-situ component is not found, although the specimen is scanty. The possibility of a metastatic lesion cannot be entirely excluded.
