I'm finished! My life is my own again! I'll never again take it for granted, or forget a mammogram, but, for now, I'm cancer free, and ready to return to my life. I rang the bell at MDACC today, and gave everyone "Kisses"by Hershey's, as a small celebration. I'm going out to dinner with some of my oldest friends tonight, and have a party planned for Saturday, at the farm that includes fireworks.
I'm including several pictures of ringing the bell, and a couple of how my hair is growing in. One was taken last month, and one was taken today. It is darker than it used to be, but it hasn't gotten sun bleached yet. It isn't grey, and seems pretty straight, so far.
