Just returned from the farm. The rain finally stopped at about 3:00. The wind never stopped, but with the rain finished, we moved the horses, after feeding them, back into their field for the night.
My daughter's storage unit is almost empty. One more trip should do it.
We stopped at the store and bought food, and cooked hot dogs over an open camp fire. We had chili cheese dogs, and toasted marshmallows, for Som'ors. The tasted great. We also heated water for hot chocolate. We watched the sun go down, without seeing any sign of the 'gator. It was too cold.
My hair is getting very thin. On Wednesday, I'll visit the beauty shop at MDACC and they will shave it for me and fit me for a free wig. Thanks to my friend Janet, I have a really cool fur hat to keep my head warm.
Here are a few pictures from the farm. Several of my son-in law's Friends came out with their guns, and shot up some old fence posts, out by the pond.
