electricity is expensive!!!

It will cost us at least $6,600.00 just to get the poles set that we will need to bring electric to the barn. It is highway robbery, cause they have you over a barrel. A survey, with easement is $1,400.00 and they won't do the work without it.

Each pole they set will be $1,300, and we will need at least 4, set 300 ft apart.

I have no idea that else we will have to pay. What a headache! No wonder the seller never did it!

On a brighter note, I've applied for credit to buy the tractor. YEAH!!! We will need it to set the support poles for the barn, and add fill dirt to the area where it is going. I figure to kill 2 jobs with one tractor. The drainage ditches need clearing and deepening. The dirt from there will be used to raise the floor of the run-in shed we will build for this winter. The shed will be added on to as needed to eventually make a shed row of about 7-8 stalls.
