I've not been feeling well today. Woke with a headache. Took medication, and it eased up, but came back. Took more med, but nothing for nausea. Big mistake! Ate lunch, and gave myself my shot then started out to the farm with Husband Mike and grandson, to feed horses. Soon realized I should have taken something for nausea. I was feeling car sick the whole way. I didn't throw up til we were at the farm, and I was opening and closing gates. We got the horses and cats fed,and brought some hay home for the bunnies. I wasn't quite so bad on the way home, but still not feeling my best.
Made it home, and sipped some sprite, with a dose of compazine. Was able to eat dinner with a side of ginger tea.
I'm having problems with my compression sleeve. It is too long, and cuts into my armpit, as well as cutting off circulation in my wrist, to my thumb. I wore it for several hours this morning, and did the exercises, but had to take it off because it was causing me pain in my armpit, and numbness in my thumb. I'll wear it for short periods, but won't be able to wear it for as long as prescribed. I'll have to see if I can get a shorter one.
We are about ready for Christmas. I hope you are too.
