Friday 12/28

Sat around most of the day waiting for a phone call that never came. The engineer with the septic system plans was in Houston today, and said he would try and meet me to deliver the plans and get paid. He never called back, so no plans yet.

My arm isn't swelling up over night as much as it had been. Maybe it is getting better. That would be nice. The skin isn't as tight around my elbow when I bend my arm, and my hands look the same size. Lets hope this continues, as I haven't any idea how the clots are doing, and the surgeon's office is closed on Fridays. I'll try calling on Monday, but it is new year's eve, so there is no telling if anyone will be there.

We are planning on putting up some kind of wind break for the horses over the next few days, as they're predicting temperatures down into the 20s by next Thursday, and my 2 thoroughbreds don't have enough hair to keep themselves warm in a strong north wind.

Your Christmas looked like a lot of fun!!!! I thought it was really cool the way your grandson got presents for a pony, and then found out the pony was his. That was pretty slick.

Sorry your arm is so frustrating. It's a tough place to be. On the one hand you want to get forcefull and make them DO something! But on the other, you don't want to piss them off!!! I hope you are able to get it resolved soon!!!

Sounds like a regular petting zoo! Now you need a llama and a donkey, =-D

Does the Farm have an official name yet?

Have a Happy New Year!!!

The farm is Little Moon Farm, after Indy's mom, who was registered Little Moon.
We are moving the cavies(guinea[sp] pigs) out there today.
There has been some slight improvement in my arm, but it is very frustraiting, cause the arm problem can be long term, and has nothing to do with the cancer.
